Bread Improver 350

Ingredients: edible starch, sodium stearoyl lactylate, diacetyl tartaric acid ester, amylase, microcrystalline cellulose, xylanase, Vitamin C.

Use: for all kinds of bread and pasties.

Dosage: 0.2%~1% of flour amount.

Method of use: Blend with flour 

Storage: Under normal temperature, keep in cool and dry place, avoid sunlight.

Shelf Life: 24 months
